Colliers adds Jaclyn Langholz to Tampa Bay Retail Services team

Colliers has hired Jaclyn Langholz as Executive Managing Director, Tampa Bay Retail Services. Langholz, who has over 10 years’ experience in commercial real estate, will concentrate on landlord relationships and retail leasing assignments along the west coast of Florida, with a focus on the Tampa Bay area.

Prior to joining Colliers, Langholz served as Senior Vice President and Partner at commercial real estate advisory services firm TSCG (formerly known as The Shopping Center Group). For seven of the 10 years she was there, she led the landlord services department for TSCG’s Tampa office.

She has been involved in such notable projects as The Village at Mitchell Ranch in Trinity, from development to fully leasing, and the redevelopment of Westchase Square Village, which she leased to 100% occupancy.

Langholz is an active member of industry organization Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (previously known as International Council of Shopping Centers). She has been involved with the ChainLinks Retail Advisors, ChainLinks 2nd Gen Committee and Tampa Next Generation Committee. She also volunteers for the Junior League of Tampa.

Langholz earned a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
